At Better Health Myotherapy & Wellbeing, our team is made up of dedicated Myotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists who share a passion for helping people feel and move better. With diverse skills and special interests, from sports injury management and corrective exercise to women’s health, lymphatic care, and overall wellbeing, each practitioner brings both expertise and a caring approach to every treatment. Together, we are committed to providing professional, personalised care that empowers our community to achieve long-term health and a better quality of life.

Melanie

DIRECTOR & MYOTHERAPIST

Since entering the industry in 2013, Mel has been dedicated to sharing her holistic approach to health and wellness with the community for over a decade. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience working with elite athletes in AFL clubs, but her true passion has always been supporting everyday people within her local community. More recently, as a mother of two, Mel has developed a particular interest in women’s health, especially in areas such as birth preparation and C-section recovery, where she combines professional expertise with personal understanding to help women feel supported through every stage of their journey.

Emma

MYOTHERAPIST & SPORT THERAPIST


Emma brings over a decade of industry experience as both a Sports Therapist and Myotherapist. Before joining Better Health in 2022, she worked extensively with VFL teams and local sporting clubs, gaining valuable expertise in athletic care and performance management. Emma has a particular passion for supporting athletes through pre- and post-game musculoskeletal treatment, combining corrective exercise and stretch prescription to minimise injury risk, enhance recovery, and optimise overall performance.

Annie

MYOTHERAPIST
 

Annie discovered her passion for Myotherapy as a young athlete competing in Sports Aerobics, where she experienced firsthand the benefits of treatment in supporting performance and recovery.Since joining the Better Health team in 2024, Annie has developed a particular interest in women’s health, c-section recovery, lymphatic drainage, and sports injury treatment and rehabilitation. Annie's approach to Myotherapy empowers clients to take an active role in their long-term wellbeing.

Tamara

REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
 

Tamara joined Better Health in 2025 and is currently furthering her studies in Myotherapy. With a background in Allied Health, her passion for helping others improve their quality of life was sparked early in her career and continues to drive her work today. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Tamara enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and takes pride in supporting them along their health and wellness journeys. She has a particular interest in
women’s health, general wellbeing, and sports preparation and rehabilitation, where she combines hands-on treatment with a
caring, client-focused approach.
